Thank you for your interest in Velocity Air Pty Ltd. This document outlines the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Velocity Air Pty Ltd does not offer shipping outside of the Republic of South Africa.

Shipment Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During peak order periods, shipping may experience slight delays. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to allow additional time for transit and delivery. Should there be a significant delay in your order’s shipment, we will promptly notify you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and shown at the checkout stage. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your Order number. The order number will become active within 24hours.

All fees incurred during or after the shipping process shall be the responsibility of the customer, including tariffs and taxes.

Damages

Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery / collection, please make a note on your delivery note or proof of delivery and notify us immediately of such delivery / collection by logging a return by emailing sales@velocityair.co.za.

Once we have validated your damage, we will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your exchange, we will repair / replace the product as soon as possible. All claims must be reported within 2 working days from delivery. Please inspect the packaging of your purchase for any physical damage before signing your proof of delivery. Velocity Air Pty Ltd reserves the right to reject any damage claim if the product was signed to be received in good condition.
